Your allowance is counted in tokens, which is how AI models measure text. A token is about 4 characters, so 1,000 tokens is roughly 750 words.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Is this an AI tool?
Yes. The chatbot, the drafting, and the pricing suggestions run on Claude (Anthropic), with Voyage for retrieval. Every outbound message is reviewed by a person before it sends. We never train models on your data.
Where is my data stored?
In the UK on Supabase Postgres (London region, eu-west-2). Personal data is deleted 30 days after closure; financial records are anonymised and retained for six years per HMRC. Full sub-processor list at /sub-processors.
Can I export my data?
Yes, one click from the dashboard. The export is a ZIP including JSON and CSV of every tenant table you have access to.
What happens if I cancel?
You get a 30-day reactivation window. After that, personal data is removed. Financial records are anonymised. No surprises.
Do you train AI models on my data?
No. Our DPAs with Anthropic and Voyage explicitly exclude our prompts from training corpora.
How do I get started?
Pick a token tier and switch on your modules from the pricing section above. Prefer to talk it through first? Book a call. It takes 20 minutes and settles whether the platform fits the way you already work. If it does, a guided setup session configures your modules with you.
Who builds the platform?
The studio behind it is odel-labs, part of Fixi Group Limited, registered in London and building from the UK.
